Hire Costs from May 2023

At our AGM it was decided, after much discussion, that we must increase our rent once our fixed rate fuel contract comes to an end. There have been no rent increases since 2012, so we feel that with the huge hike in our energy bills, the time has come to review and raise our prices as follows:

Community 

for user groups which have no closed membership and are open to all members of the community

Hall -                          £10 per hour

Tom Brown Room - £7 per hour

Private

for groups with a closed membership or which are run as a private business.

Hall -                         £20 per hour

Tom Brown Room - £10 per hour

Functions                - £30 per hour
